Kinetics Media is operated by CHC Horizon LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Kinetics Media”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent through our contact page.

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your first and last name, email address, and what you tell us about your goals with press coverage. Company name and website URL are optional.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page views and site performance. These tools do not use cookies and do not build a profile of you; visitor counts are derived from a hash that is discarded daily and never lets us identify a person.

Bot protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated submissions. When you interact with a form, Cloudflare processes signals such as your IP address, browser characteristics and how you interact with the page, and may set a cookie strictly for that check. It does not track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks on this site.

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your inquiry and discuss whether our services fit what you need;
• send you a confirmation that we received your message;
• prepare and, if you engage us, deliver our services;
• keep records of our business relationship, including for accounting and legal purposes.

We use the information collected automatically to secure the site, diagnose problems, and understand which pages are read. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), we rely on: the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and performance of that contract, when you send an inquiry or engage us; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the website and in managing our business relationships; and compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract:

• Airtable (Formagrid Inc., United States) — the CRM where inquiries and client records are stored.
• Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) — sends the confirmation email to you and the notification to our team.
• Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States) — hosts the website and provides the analytics and performance tools described above.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) — provides the Turnstile bot-protection check on our forms.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information.

We are based in the United States and our providers store information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by our providers for such transfers.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and evaluate a possible engagement, and, if you become a client, for the length of the relationship plus the period required by tax, accounting and limitation-period rules. Server logs and analytics data are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention schedule. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Residents of California and certain other US states also have the right to know what personal information we collect and to not be discriminated against for exercising their rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, send us a request through our contact page. We will verify your request and respond within the time the applicable law requires. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

The website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and transmitted to our providers over encrypted connections, and access to the systems that hold your information is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.

This website and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by noting it on this page.
